What do I understand about myself? I'm a geek, a linguaphile, a lover of all things Japanese. I'm an equal-opportunity 'shipper, a dreamer, a part-time artist, a lazy writer. I'm a fangirl, a grammar nut, and bothered by rigid definitions of god and gender and sexuality. For a long time I was never really comfortable with my body, but I've found someone who's been helping me with that. ♥ I'm currently a college senior majoring in English, only a step away from completing coincidental minors in Linguistics and Japanese. I'd like to perhaps find work in translation or copyediting, though recently I've been considering work as a librarian, too. Please be advised, if you friend me, that 1) I ramble a lot about my muses and RL in my posts, 2) I use this as a dream journal, so you're liable to get some pretty weird stuff that way, and 3) I'm really an extremely sporadic commenter. It's mostly because I'm a horrible lurker, and also half the time I feel like I'm just repeating other commenters.
